AUDIO. SPACE. MACHINE / 12 TRACKS
AUDIO. SPACE.

AUDIO. SPACE. MACHINE / 12 TRACKS / English Version
Immersion, equality of the artistic disciplines, a solid understanding of the material as well as focusing on a modern mechanical philosophy in which the position of humans must be redefined: those genuine ideas of the Bauhaus had a great sustainable influence on music and sound from the 1920 until today.
In AUDIO.SPACE.MACHINE / 12 TRACKS, the authors redefine those ideas for the present day, and condense their results to a concept album. With the help of a 360° matrix technique, they present all twelve tracks in a radical and immersive way. The tracks in AUDIO. SPACE. MACHINE / 12 TRACKS are each two to five minutes long and can be individually chosen and heard, whereas heard together they can also be experienced as a unified whole. Voices, electro-acoustic music and sound are used simultaneously, all having equal value. Binaural staging and noise reduction transmission enable listeners to immerse themselves in a unique mechanistic digital universe of sound.
Including texts from László Moholy-Nagy, Walter Gropius, Oskar Schlemmer, John Cage, Martin Burckhardt, Bazon Brock and Martin Rees.
AUDIO. SPACE. MACHINE / 12 TRACKS is part of 100 Jahre Bauhaus.
